Living in Progress is committed to transparency and integrity. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services, programs, or digital offerings.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Coaching Programs & Digital Offerings

Due to the nature of coaching services and digital offerings, all sales are final once enrollment is confirmed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Coaching programs

  • Group programs

  • Workshops

  • Educational experiences

  • Downloadable resources, guides, or handouts

  • Quizzes, assessments, or structured exercises

No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued.

Coaching Programs with Staged Delivery

For coaching programs delivered over multiple weeks, including high-touch and high-ticket offerings, purchase secures enrollment, reserves coaching capacity, and initiates the coaching relationship.

Program materials, handouts, and guidance may be delivered progressively over an 8–10 week period (or as otherwise specified). Once a program has commenced, no refunds will be issued, regardless of participation level, attendance, or early withdrawal.

Enrollment in a coaching program constitutes a commitment to the full program term.

Coaching outcomes depend on individual engagement and circumstances and cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Missed sessions, non-participation, or changes in personal circumstances do not cancel remaining balances.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges made in error

  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved

All exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of Living in Progress.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us violates this Refund Policy. Chargebacks will be contested with documentation of enrollment, scheduled program delivery, and agreement to these terms.

Living in Progress reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
